What is ductal absence? I know what Blockage is, but what I am trying to get is..
once I know what ductal absence is, what is its role with deffrens meet seminal vesicle duct?

Exactly which duct are you referring to?

Acidic PH would indicate seminal vesical blockage. The solution would depend upon the underlying cause and no simple solution would fit everyone, each case is unique.
