jau, gandum say milta julta hai... iskay aaTay ko barley kahtay haiN... jau ka dalyah bhi milta hai... iski taseer sard hoti hai...amooman mareezouN ko khanay ko detay haiN... jau ka dalya high BP ko low karta hai

bahut bahut shukriya re play karneke liye aur thoda tafseer chatahu ye kounsy dish ke liye istemaal hoti hai aur is ko kaise pehchane is ki koi shakal bataye.

1. jau ka daliyah pakaatay haiN
2. as cereals bhi breakfast maiN milk k saath khatay haiN
3. jau ka fine aTTa gandom k maiday say bhi fine aur chikna hota hai
4. jau ka aTTa = barley kidz ko bhi hot water maiN pakaa kar khelatay haiN
