 Tiredness after Night Fall (Ehtalam)

I am married but this problem is a bit old.
After night fall, i can not sleep well as i am feeling my sides very tired and changing the sides again and again after 5 minute. It seems that i am on one side since hours and tired. i am in gulf, away from family so some time using hands to release myself but no problem in htat case.
It is only during sleep and 50% i wake up after night fall not during it. is it some king of weakness. in the other way my married lige is normal
