Take Healthy diet including proteins mainly.

You may find proteins in a lot of food substances, like fish, chicken, mutton and lamb, etc.

Avoid oily food however; since it increases cholesterol level. Take other food supplements especially those which contain omega-3.

Milk and juice would also be good additives.

Don't take Maga Mass or some thing like that.
