mera sawal yeh hay ke meray teeth se khoon bhut aata hay.

aur kabhi kabhi samnay walay teeth main dard bhi hoti hay?

koi proper illaaj suggest kijyey!

My question is that my teeth bleed too much and sometimes I have tooth ache.

 ap dentist ky paas jayin or apny teeth ki cleansing kurwayin ya jo doctor apko checkup k bhad suggest kury follow krin,, or vitamin C rich drinks use kurin, Orange etc, or teeth ko achi tura borash kisi achy past sy keya kurin,

Salam to all, agar ap ish ghandi,badbudaar bemari ka shikar hain to meri bton pe amal krain,i gurntee k ap thek ho jain gey.1st of all apne teeth saaf rakne hain bt susti ki wja se ap hum aisa nai kr patay,bt routine bna lain k roz raat ko teeth saaf krne hain aur falaskng b krni he,pir ap ne 1 cup main pani dal kr 1 spoon namak mix krna he pir us se kuliyain krni hain, rozana 2 ya 3 bar kr skty hain to sonay pe sohaga,rat ko must krni hain,lain g ap tou thek ho gay, warning, yai amal ap ne routine bna k krna he,
