2010 Hockey World Cup
The 2010 Hockey World Cup will be the twelfth instalment of the Men's Hockey World Cup. On November 14, 2007, the International Hockey Federation (FIH) announced that the championship would be held in India, taking place over two weeks from Feb 28 to March 13, 2010 at New Delhi's Dhyan Chand National Stadium. Twelve teams are competing in this mega event.

Spain Beat South Africa And
England Beat Australia In another Pool B match on the opening day, Olympic silver medalist Spain recovered from a slow start to beat South Africa 4-2.
England recorded its first win over Australia at a World Cup since 1975, winning 3-2 after James Tindall scored twice for the European champions. |

India 2 Australia 5 and Second Success Of England Tournament favourites Australia got their World Cup campaign back on track with a 5-2 victory over India in pool B on Tuesday.
