5.     drink plenty of water
6.     Good sleep
7.     egg
8.     Avoid smoking
9.     all type fruits especialy rich with vitamin C and zinc,vitamin B 12, vitamni E.
10.     avoide bath with   hot water
11.     hurressaa
12.     avoide tight pants & underwears
