company, adaray /institution ko kahtay hain jiska koi physical wajood (afraad k elawah) bhi hota hai yaani iska lazman koi nah koi kaam karnay ki jagah, dafatar aur deger saaz o samaan hota hai... yeh commercial bhi hoti haiN (aksar) aur kabhi kabhar non-commercial bhi

factory aisay adaray /company ko kahtay hain jahaaN koi masnoo'aat /product laazman tayyar hoti hai... jaisay biscuit factory, soap factory etc.

myrizvi sahib, business point of view se agar daikha jaye tou in mai koi khas faraq nahi hota, ap hawa mai teer chalane ki bjaye reality ki batain kre, q k aik company b products bnati hai, jaisi ap Nestle ko daikh le, jaise ap ICI ko daikh le jaise ap Lever brothers ko daikh ye sab companies hi hai,

sirf faraq yeh hota hai k factory aik chote level pe kaam krti hai jo k company act k teht Pakistan mai registered nahi hoti, aur company Pakistan mai 1984 k act k teht registered hoti hai, ye private company b ho sakti hai aur public, mazeed faraq yeh hai k jab company registered hoti hai tou use apna memorandum of association, articles of association jama krwana parta hai, yeh lazmi hai agar ap aik company open krna chahte ho tou usy company act k teht registered krwaye, aur is k baad is pe b waise hi rules aur regulation apply hote hai jaise k aik amm sheri pe per faraq yeh hota hai is k rules aur regulation kuch different hote hai, magar aik chuti si factory ko ye sab kuch nahi krna parta.

rahi baat organisation ki organisation hum kisi company ko b keh sakti hai ya kisi aur idare ko b is k liye koi khas kisam ka kanoon nahi hai, ye same b ho sakte hai.
