Aap pareshan maath hoona ,yeh first delivery usually 1 week ya kuch days late hooti,aap zaara Sure-e-Maryam zyada padeye inshallah araam milegaa

Aur aap ke bacche ke liye koi acche paediatric doctor koo dekh leena...agar ladka hai tooh vooh log soch ne ka time nai deete aur apne tarekhe se khatna kar deete... meri cousin koo 4months pehle ladka hua toh doctor

first fews hour mein karna chaha rahe thee...phir humne 3rd day karwaya...as she was in hospital for 4days bcos of C-section

age ka kuch nai hai.....50years back all women used to give birth at age of 14 or 15yrs......aaj ka food nutrition nai hai isliye doctors ye woh kehtee hai

baki ap pareshan na hon, main Dr khan or simple k replies se bilkul agree kerta hun....InshaAllah ap ka baby bilkul normal delivery se ho jaye ga aur bilkul koi parehsani nahi hogi...ap bus dua keryen aur relax raheyn...

tension leney se koi comploication na ho jaye is liye bilkul relax raheyn....aur ajkal subha ko 1 hour aur sham ko bhi 1 hour walk kiya keryen.....is se normal delivery honey mein bht hi ziada asani ho jati hai

forcep delivery and operation

In forcep delivery, the forceps are applied in the vagina for the delivery of baby, in the active phase of labour, if the maternal effort of pushing the baby is not adequate or the baby is stuck in the birth canal. It can cause damage to the vaginal walls and can also cause injuries to the baby.

operation means Cesarean section in which uterus is incised and baby is delivered through abdominal route.

Dr ka kehna hai k baby ko jitna dodh chaye utna nhi mil raha hai mother ko milk to aa raha hai lakin zuyada nahi hai dabay ka milk thora thora daina shuru kar diya hai dabay k dodh mai koi harg to nhi hai ?

mairi baby ko BCG ka tikka nhi lagaya gaya dr kehtay hain k baby ko bukhar 100 say kam hona chaye lakin abi tak 100 hi hai panadol k 3 drops 6 ghantay k farq say day rahay hain lakin bukhar 100 sy kam nhi ho raha hai

khan 80 ap say request hai k ap is maslay per zara nazar dalye aur explain kar dijye kahin koi problem to nhi  hoge baby k ath

dr nay cbc , crp , sbr td test likh kar diye hain dr kaehtay hain k hamain check karna hai kahin koi masla hai ya nahi

Breast feeding is a blessing of ALLAH and a gift of mother to the newborn.

If ur milk is not sufficient for the baby, u have to follow these points:

• take calcium, multivitamins and iron tablets daily as prescribed by ur doctor.
• drink milk 3 times a day.
• drink 1 glass water before every feed.
• take fruits and fresh juices.
• make daal (mong) in liquid form and drink it daily.
• eat zeera.
• attach ur baby frequently to the breast for sucking (it has tremandous effect on starting breast milk)
• Discuss with Lactation Expert about ur condition, she will prescribe medicine also for the breast milk production. Its a short course of 5days that works positively.
• drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water daily.

Regarding the fever:

• donot overwrap the baby
• consult peadiatrician for complete check up of the baby, don't wait anymore.
• clean umbilicus of baby with alcohol pads
• don't cover the umbilicus with diaper, it should be lower then the umbilicus
• don't apply powder or oil on the umbilicus
• do tempreture charting 4 hourly
• sometimes this fever is just due to inadequate feeding, so do the necessary steps to enhance breast feeding
• donot give the baby formula milk.
• expose the baby to sunlight daily when the sun is rising. remove all the cloths, cover her eyes and expose to sun from all sides.
• get the tests done as soon as possible and do proper treatment.

Are u in hospital? what was the mode of delivery? what is the birth weight of ur baby? have u choosen name for ur baby?

kya usa mein jo doctor kartee hai kya woh sahi hai, as i got confused when the gyno and pedia told me few months back

ye joo america mein khatna hooti hai,,,kya woh same hai jo india/pak mein hoti hai. Kyon ke mein ne iss ka procedure ek paediatric lady doctor se sunaa ,wooh ek meri cousin new mother koo samja rahee thee procedure before doing her newborn circum

humnee dekha tooh nahi magar ghar ke mard hazraath gaye uss ke sath operation room mein.

mein ne sunaa thaa jo nai(barber) kartee hai ...kya woh sahi hai, yaa clamp laga kar ye kartee soo

i think 1 pump tha jis say dr nay baby ko bahir ki taraf khencha tha

mairi baby ki ankh py thora sa nishan hai thora nose py thora ankh ki side py lakin ab ye nishanat kam hotaay ja rahay hain

dr kehtay hain k baby breast ko suck kar kar k thak jati hai is lye baad mai jb apko milk aa b raha hota hai to b wo nhi pee pati ab to ALHAMDULILLAH  milk pehlay ki nisbat thora ziyada aanay laga hai

mein ne ye sawal iss liye kiya ,kyon ke mein bhi pregnant huu ,aur 5months back meri cousin sister koo ladkaa hua, aur hum loog yaahan apne elders se duur hai.......isliye iss forum paar Question kia. Maine apne aammi se poocha tooh unhe bhi zyada ilm nahi ke khatna joo US mein kartee hai yaa india/pak mein doono ek hi hai

Meri cousin koo pediatrician female doctor khool kar procedure baata rahi thee ke wooh smart clamp use kar ke khatna kareege......hume tooh paata nai thaa ,jaise hum ne bachpan mein sunaa thaa ke nai kuch rakh(ashes) aanda(egg) lagaa kar kartee hai.

jaab is nee bataya ke saara skin nikal dengee aur koi electric blade use kaarenge tooh hum loog toh shock hoo gaaye...usse yes bola na NO

aur ye baath tooh hum ne kisi mard hazrath se puche he nahi aur wooh khatna ke liye boy koo le kar chaale gaaye....aur uss ke sath room se baahar thee soo mard hazraath.

Mera sawal ye hai ke iss ke liye SAARA SKIN nikaal na sunnath hai ,yaa phir zaraa sa. mein ne apna ultra sound recently kaaraya hai

if other concern parents can highligt their past experiece then it will be helpful for us.

shuru mein baby wese bhi feed kertey kerety thak jatey haina ur saans bhi tez tez leney lag jatey hain...is liye bht araam araam se aur thori thori der k bad unhen feed kerwana perta hai...

ek din ap ayi thin aur ap ne apna preggnany ka masla disuss kiya tha...aur ap kafi paeshan bhi thin....aur aj ap ki beti ka sun k behad khsuhsi ho rhi hai...
