Aur agar kuch aise waise problem hoi to yaha per teenagers ko help karni wali doctors hai jo serf teenagers ki madad karti hai, aur mashwari deti hai aur waise bhi aam doctors se bhi mashwara li sakti ho, so u don,t have to worry agar mujhi koi medical problem hoi to mein yaha per doctor se consult karongi kiyoni mein serf os person pe trust karti ho jo khod achi qualification rakta ho medicine mein................

janab is site ka matlab hi to samjha hai mene. or ap logon ko bhi samjhane ki koshish kar raha hoon. is site ka jo maqsad hai mere bhai is ko usi maqsad k liye use kia hay tu behter hai. and i m not bacha and not innocent. understood.

mujhe achi tarha pata hai is site ka matlab lakin yahan per buhut sare log is site galat use kar rahay hain. jo real question hain wo pooche inshallah ap ki madad ki jaygi magar mene kisi bhi achay question k jawab me koi galat bat nahi ki hai. mene jo samjha bhi hai tu sirf un ko jinhon ne zina wagera kia hua hai. or mene koi galat kam nahi kia hai.

Discharge from breasts.

 It is somewhat unclear what you are trying to ask. Are you having discharge by pressing the nipples or having discharge even without pressing? Is it from one side or both the sides? Have you felt any lumps ( giltian) in your breasts? Are your periods regular? Has your prolactin level ( prolactin is a hormone that causes milk production) ever been checked? Sometimes, abnormally high levels  of prolactin can cause discharge from the breasts even in unmarried females. Some more information from you would be helpful in answering your question.

Discharge from breasts.

Just a small amount of whitish discharge from the nipples of an unmarried girl can be considered normal. However, the fact that you only have discharge from one side and not both sides could be a little bit of a concern. It may mean that there might be some abnormality of the left breast. Aap nay eh nahin bataya kay kabhi aap ka prolactin level check hoi ya nahin? Aap na yeh bhi kaha hai kay aap ko koi lump ( gilti) feel nahin hoi hai. However, lumps ko feel karnay ka khaas method hota hai aur agar sahih tareeqay say check na kia jai to lumps ka pata nahin chalta.

 I think you should perform a regular breast self exam. I have written an article on this forum on the importance of regular breast self exams in which I  have also described an easy way of performing this very important exam. Har young woman ko month main 1 martaba yeh exam karna zaroori hota hai ( even though shayad hi koi yeh exam karti hon gi lack of information ki wajah say).Yeh exam aap na  khod karna hota hai   so that breasts ki abnormalities, lumps etc detect ki jaa sakain aur agar koi pareshani ki baat hai to uska jaldi patah chal jayai. Is exam ka tareeqa main na article main urdu main explain kiya hai. Aap is method say exam karain aur phir batain kay koi lump waghaira to feel nahin hoa? Best of luck to you.

 Agar discharge zyada hai to  prolactin level check karwa lain. Otherwise there probably is no need .
