When Ghusal Becomes Mandatory

Salam to every body. My question is that whether or not the husband should be required to perform Ghusal after touching or massaging his wife’s vagina or clitoris. And whether or not her wife will not be required to perform Ghusal if he will not insert his finger in her vagina. I have read in a book that  Ghusal becomes necessary by inserting finger or penis. Whether or not Ghusal is necessary after doing forplay only?.

2.if your sperms come out with thrust and you enjoy it.

Agar Male/Female ki Panis/Vegina se maze ke sath pani (Liquid) nikle to ghussal faraz ho jata hai. khwa panis enter na bhe ho.
