Treatment Of Obesity

Well after size of penis boys are really worreid about Obesicity, can anybody tell the members the effective way to reduce weight. and also does running or brish walking is helpfull in reducing wegith or not.

reduce weight ke lia sab se pahle yeh maloom karne ki koshish kare ke ap ka wazan kio barh raha hai. wajah maloom ho jai tu os wajah ko door karne ki koshish kare weight kam ho jai ga.

running or tez walking se bhi wazan kam ho sakta hai.

Well my age is 24, hegith is about 5 feet 6 inches and my weight is 71kg. i do not ate much, neither take junk food, but still i have develope lot of fate specially my legs are too fat, plz tell me the method to reduce them.

har insan ke jism mai fat depots hote hai jis mai charbi jama hoti hai. kisi mai fat depots ziada kisi mai kam aur kisi mai bahut hi kam kisi mai bahut hi ziadah hota hai.

jin logo mai kam hota hai woh kuch bhi kha pi le bilkul duple patle hote hai. wo kuch bhi khai on ke jis mai rukta nahi kio keh on ke jism mai fat depots nahi hone ke barabar hote hai.

jab keh doosri taraf baz log aik samoosa bhi khale tu lagta hai ke weight bargh gia os ki wajah hai keh poora ka poora fat jism  ke fat depots mai jama ho gia.

fat kam karne ke kai tareeqe hai. diet aur exercise ke ilawah ilaj se bhi kam kia jata hai. is ke lia ap kisi aise adare se rabta kare jo fat kam karke wazan kam karne ka ilaj karte hai. mujhe aise kisi adare ka ilm nahi is lia agle sawal mai kisi adare ka nam nahi poochna.

Asalam o Alaikum!

im 18yrs old height 5'3" my weight is 59kg bazaahir ye meri height k lihaaz se theeik weight hai par phir b me bht motii lagti hun me fsc ki student hun mere paas itna time nahi hota k exercise karsakun or me khaati b normal hun par phir b mera weigth loss nai horaha or main problem k meri physique theeik hai par mera paaait bht nikla hua hai aese jese sare fat deposits paait me hii hon plzzz kuchh karain mere liye studies me b ziada tar baith k parhna parta hai plzzz koi aesii home remedy batain jis se mera paait kam hojae with in a month meri engagement hone wali hai or me paait kii waja se bht pareshan hun jo b dress pehnun suit nahi karta paait nikla sa hota hai sorry to say aese lagta hai jese 2'3months pregnent hun im very worried or pregnent hone kii emne just example dii hai or koi aesi baat nahi hai trust me i belong from a noble famly plzzz tell em any home remedy which can solve my problem. plzzzzzzzzzz

Swimming is best..

.. 2ndly lie flat on floor keep both knees at right angle yani tangey knees jor kr uthe hon aur api seedhi flat laiti hon. Ab dono bazo sar k neeche rakh kar sar ko upper uthana he toward knees do 10-15times ths thng ..4 times a day at dffrnt times...

. Also walk....atleast 30min that u can do.......

 Plus never lie down imediatly aftr meal as ppl do aftr dopahar meal...

. Dönot drnk water aftr meal its gud to drnk 2glas watr bfr meal n nt inbtwn or aftr....

avoid oily food and oily rice...boiled rice r okey..avoid potatoes n other junk...
