salam

i have some ?s yeh k meri wife 5 month ki pregnant hia or unke thies per butts per kuch red color k nishnat hogaye hai jo kafi zayada hia yeh koi problem to nahi kiya yeh normal hai or pet per bohat sare mase hogaye hai plz reply

My wife is five months pregnant and she got some red colored spots on her thighs and butts. She has a lot of moles on his tummy. Why are these and how they will be cured?
