Hair Falling Problem: What Should Be The Treatment?

Salam to all.

I am very much worried because of rapid hair fall.... I am almost 18years of age and I am pretty blad from the front.... this problem is inherited.... but I am just 18... my forefathers used to loss hair at the ages of 30 or 35.....

please suggest me the treatment, so that i may save my hair.

( i have never applied any sort of gel or cream on my hear, i once applied Vatika hair fall cream as some one told me it helps to save hair)

behter hai k ap kisi achey Dr ko dikhayen....wo apko dekh ker us k bad koi multi vitamins suggest keryen gey aur oil bhi.....
