mera sawal ye hai k aksa intercours k baad mjy buhar hojata hai aur mera jism bht hot hojata hai ye situation sirf un dino me hoti hai jb mere ovolution days hoty he aur suba jb so kr uth ti hu to normal hojata hai body temperature body hot kio hojati hai jbky mjy sex me koi problum nhi hoti aur me discharge b hoti hu kia ye koi problum hai or its normal for occur pregnancy body ka hot hojane se sperm ka koi amal dhal hai ya phir mere ovolution days ka

My question is that my body temperature rises just after doing sex. This happens only come across in my ovulation days. And when the next morning I awakes the body temperature becomes normal. I don’t have any problem in doing sex and I use to discharge as well. Is this a problem or it is normal for having pregnancy. In raising the body temperature is there any role of sperms or it’s just due to ovulation.

1. There are two hormones namely Estrogen and Progesterone that works in the menstrual cycle. Estrogen decreases the body temperature and progesterone raises it. Before ovulation, estrogen works mainly; therefore, the temperature remains down. On the other hand, after ovulation, Progesterone works starts and it raises the body temperature. Therefore, all women who menstruate shows biphasic variation of temperatures before and after ovulation. Remember this is absolutely a normal process. Your body temperature is raised and remains elevated not due to sex but it is due to ovulation phase and action of Progesterone. For pregnancy it is advised that the couple should do intercourse for sex days near to ovulation days. Since only one ovum is secreted by one of the two ovaries in a month. Beyond that period, intercourse will not give fruitful results.
2. There is no role of sperms in raising body temperature at all. This is only ovulation which is responsible
3. If pregnancy happens then the body temperature remains raised up to 3 months due to the persistent activity of progesterone.
