 Can Girl Pregnant By Drinking Semen

aap ne kaha k larki pregnant nahi ho sakti is amal se aur usko kuch diseases ho sakti hai,to kya koi seriuos diseases sakte hain ya normal diseas?aik baat aur pochna chahta hon,kya semen ka larki k pet me jana noksan deh hai???
