hmmmmm........bhai milk ko thanda kar ke piyo,,,, garam garam piyoge tou mou jal jaega..........shadi ko friday friday 8 din nahi howe aur pregnancy ki fikar parh gai........aesa karo biwi ko sath lejao.....phir aram se cricket team banate rehna.....aur yeh kis donkey ne kaha hai ke "shadi ke aik month bad ager hamal na ho tu larka ya larki main koi kharabi hoti hai" this is wrong. pareshan mat ho.........allah se acchi umeed rakho. |

re: farazzz 1. mard ke mani mai sperm hota hai jis ki life 72 hours (3 days) hoti hai. jabkeh aurt aik mahina mai aik ova discharge karti hai jis ke life 24 hours (1 day) hoti hai.
2. pregnancy sirf aur sirf os din hoti hai jis din aurat ova discharge karti hai. os se pahle ya bad pregnancy nahi hoti. is ka matlab hai keh har mahina sirf aik din aisa ata hai jis din pregnancy ke chance hote hai. misal ke tor par agar aurat 17 april ko ova discharge karti hai tu prgnancy ke chances 17 aur 18 april ko hai is ke ilawah kisi bhi din nahi. sperm ki life chukeh 3 days hoti hai is lia agar kisi mard ne 17 april se 3 days qabal bhi mubasrat ki ho yani 15 april ko bhi mubasrat ki ho tu pregnancy ke chance hai. is ka matlab hua keh agar 17 tareekh ko ova discharge (ovulation) hota hai tu pregnancy ke chances sirf aur sirf 15, 16 aur 17 tareekh ko hai is ke ilawah nahi.
3. ovulation ka date har aurat mai mukhtalif hota hai. jis aurat ka 28 din ka cycle hota hai os ka date nai menses shuru hone se 14 days qabal hota hai. maslan aik aurat ka menses 20 tareekh se shuru hua aur os ka cycle 28 din ka hota hai tu is aurat ka ovulation 20 - 14 = 6 tareekh ko hua hai. is ka matlab yeh hua keh yeh aurat 4, 5 aur 6 tareekh ko pregnant ho sakti hai.
4. opar ki tama batai scientific hai. scientific bato se pregnancy nahi hoti. pregnancy allah ki marzi se hoti hai. lehaza pregnancy ke peeche bhagne ka koi faida nahi. pregnancy hone ko hogi tu ho jai gi. warna ap lakh koshish kar le nahi hogi. mai aisi kai bari bari gynecologist ko janta hoon jis ne hazaro aurto ko mashwarah dekar prgnant kia jabkeh khood prgnant na ho saki.
5. yeh kahna bilkul ghalat hai keh 1st month mai pregnncy honi zaroori hai. aur agar 1st month mai pregnancy nahi hui tu larki ya larka mai koi kharabi hai. aisi batai karne wale ko ham log jahil kahte hai.

How to calculate the days of fertility: The eggs are released from ovary of the female alternatively from each month. For those who have regular 28 days cycle of menstruation, calculate day 14 from the first day of last menstrual period. This is the time of ovulation. Now since the day 14 to the next 6 days is the fertile time and intercourse during this period can give fruitful results other wise intercourse whole of the month will not result in pregnancy. Those women who have prolong menstrual cycle but its regular then subtract 18 from the total length of cycle and the number obtained is the day of ovulation. For example a woman has 35 days regular cycle then subtracting 35-18 = 17. Therefore day 17 after 1st day of last menstrual cycle is the day of ovulation and sex from this day till further six days would be fruitful. Other signs of ovulation are increase in body temperature and change in the consistency of discharge or mucus from vagina
Make sure of putting pillow beneath the wife’s buttocks before proceeding so that the semen must enter deep inside the vagina.
Using a lubricant is advised during sex but remember most of the lubricants are spermicidal hence they make semen useless. Better to use egg white or Vaseline as lubricant.
After ejaculation don’t let wife to stand up and advise her not to get up till at least 20 minutes other wise the semen could come out.
Both partners should eat a well-balanced diet, including foods high in anti-oxidants (e.g. fruits and vegetables) and vitamins, and consider eating less seafood, as it is associated with increasing blood levels of mercury, which has been linked to fertility problems
Stop smoking if doing. Tobacco affects cervical mucous in ways that may obstruct fertilization. Smoking also reduces sperm count and sperm health.
Sleep better: Sleep deprivation results in lower levels of the hormone leptin, without which ovulation may be affected
Quit Caffine if using (or at least cut back). A recent study has shown that consuming more than 200 mg of caffeine (approximately two cups of coffee, but it can come from other sources like tea and soda as well) on a daily basis during the first trimester of pregnancy may increase the likelihood of miscarriage. Since you don't know instantly when you're pregnant, you may want to consider quitting caffeine or reducing your intake to, say, a single cup of coffee per day.

i never heard using Vaseline.... What are the ingrediants of Vaseline..? i thought lubricant should be water base... Please explain more about this..

Ye zaroori nahi k itni jald aap ki wife ko ham al tehar jaye.Aksar shadi k 4th month mai hamal taharta.mai nai observe kiya hai.laikin kisis ka to pahli raat k baad hi tehar jata hai.maira bhi 4th month aur mairai aksar jaannai walioon ka aisa hi howa.but maira miscarriage bhi 4th month ho gaya bad luck hai.ab 1 saal honai ko aaya hai koshish kar rahai hain aur dauain bhi,but jab naseeb mai hooga Allah pak zaroor inayat karain gai.ameen.aap k liye bhi daua hai k aap ko bhi Allah pak jald aulad sai nawazai ameen.mairai liye bhi dua kijye
