aaj se 5 saal qabal aik Pakistani Abdul Haleem Adil India apne rishtadar ke ghar gia, lekin visa expire hone ke baad zidada muddat India mai guzarne ke ilzam mai ose giraftar kia gia. ose jail mai 5 saal tak tashaddad ka nishana banaya gia jis se 30 year ka pakistani nojawan halak ho gia.

mera sawal yeh hai keh: kia visa expire hone per zaid muddat India mai rehne ki yeh saza jaiz hai?

woh dead bodies send karte hain aor hum phoolon ke haar daal ke flag wali car main border pe chorr ke aate hain, 5 saal bhi pata nahi us ne kis aziyyat main guzaray hoon gay. agar us ka visa expire ho gya tha to us ki qanoon main koi saza bhi ho gi ziada se ziada 5/6 month qaid ya juramana??? laikin is tarah qatl kar dena ......laikin aisa pehli baar nahi howa. abhi bhi pata nahi kitne pakistani is tarah begunah qaid main zaleel ho rahe hain. eik ghulam mulk ki na koi kharja policy hoti hae aor na he dakhla ....is liye hakoomat-e-pakistan se kisi qism ki koi umeed nahi hae ke woh India se pooch sake,
