dEAR DR. main 32 saal ka shadi shuda 2 bachoon ka father hoon. teen mah sa main uae main rahraha hoon . meri bewi or bachaa pak. main hain. jab kabhi yahaan sex ka zoor parta haa to kya main " mushtzani " ka sahara laa sakta hoon. at first " mushtzani " ki islam main koyi mamanat to nahi. secound meri health per " mushtzani "ka koyi bora asar to nahi. pl. explian Dear Doctor, I am a 32 years old married person having two kids. My family lives in Pakistan and I live in UAE. Some times I use to do masturbation or Mushtzani when I don't able to control my feelings or sexual desires. I want to ask that: 1. Whether it is whether it is allowed in Islam to perform Mustzani by a married man under theses circumstances? What Islam Says about mushtzani before marriage and mushtzani after marriage? 2.
