Agar app plan kar rahay hain k app apne appko dubla rakhne k liyain sirf ek dafa khana khaye gay ya apni diet main kami le aye gay , likin jab khana saamnay ata hai tou appko apne upper control nahi reh pata ya jab bhi bhook lagti hai tou app apne upper control nahi karpatay aur apki tamaam thin honay k plans dharay k dharay reh jataay hain........is hi tarha apne upper jabar karna bhi nuksaan deh hai.....

 LIkin ek tareeka hai jisko app apne upper apply karain tou app apne app ko control kar saktay hain aur sirf utna hi khasaktay hain jitna app chahain. Recently tehkeek k baad scientist ab ye believe karne lagay hain k agar actively try kartay rahain apne appko ye baat yaad rakhnay k liyain k hum nay last meal kab khaye thi jab hum hungry thay, tou hamain bhook nahi lagay gi zyada aur hum apne appko full mehsoos karain gay ek lambay period k liyain.

  Reseach main ye baat maloom hoye k memory aur desire to eat main ek kisim ka connection hai, agar hum really apne food par concentrate karain khatay wakt aur apne appko distract na honay dain (maslan watching tv etc).....tou us meal ki memory persist (israar) karti rahay gi longer period tak aur humain agay kam bhook mehsoos hogi ya dosre lafzon main apne uper control zyada rahay ga.........

rc aap bhi isay palloo se baandh lain main bhi baandh leti hon :) dekhte hain pehlay kon slim hota hae :)waise yahan mera muqabla saim se hae is tarah main jaldi jeet jaongi:)

zaraa tension laina start kur duuuu... with in days , u would slim smart..
chahay jitna murzi khaooo , kuch farq nahee peray ga..hai na...try lolsssss
