Menses Period In The Absence Of Husband

i got married 8 months ago.my husband is out of country from last 4 months. the problem is that i was getting periods(menses) regularly but now its 6-8 days above my date but i didn't got periods(menses).so pls tell me wht to do.pls help me.reply soon.

Don't worry. This can happen that the menses date vary for 7-10 days and its not a big issue(as its the first time). It may happen due to tension, anxiety, depression, some stress or may be due to some hormonal changes. If, after 10-12 days of ur actual date, the menses don't occur then consult doctor for evaluation of cause.
