mein aap ki batai hui kegel mashaq kar raha hon
lakin jitni der mein peshab rokta hon utni der halki c dard hoti ha
kia yeh normal ha

I am doing the Kegal's exercise, however; I get pain while holding the urine. Whether it is normal?

Brother first of all, Kegal exercise is not for you since you are un married. It is for married people so please dont do it. Secondly, it has been clearly written in the book to pass the urine before hand. Why you dont do it?
