 Sperm Count: Does Sperm Count Matter For Un-married Person?
If sperm count of a boy is not normal. what can he do to make his sperm count normal? please tell me any easy way, which can be done at home. ThankS

Sperm count acutlly mere sperm kum nikalti hay,isliyai mujhe laga kai shayad sperm count normal naa ho. laboratory test say thora saa sharmata hon isliyai maine socha sperm count ki thori information is website say layloon. isliyai bata dain kai diet kesi hon chahiyai. and anyother informations u like to give me. im 19 year old boy.

reply:Sperm Count See, the liquid discharged during masturbation or Nocturnal ejaculation is called Semen that contains sperms in it, the sperms cannot be seen through naked eyes in the semen, so nobody can say it that my sperm count is low just by watching the quatity of semen. Sperm count can only be detected by Semen Analysis.
Remember, the low amount of semen is not an indication of sexual weakness or low sperm count.so, don't worry about it.
About diet: take water, juices, meat, milk, milk products, vegetables, fruits, egg, less fatty and less spicy food. |

Sperm count allright thanks for the informations. last thing i wanna ask that, will it make any problem for sperm or testicles if a boy dont wear underwear? |

@ Question. No sperm count does not matter for un-married person but since one day you have to get married so make sure you go through normal procedures, as far as you want to know , go to any good laboratory near your house/area, ask them you want to take semen analysis test, he will give you bottle and will direct you to go in a room. You will discharge your semen by masturbation. In this way your semen will be tested. Its easy |
