Dear Saruzi!

Your problem isn't so serious that you are making it.The big mistake you made is you spent 4 years in this situation!.Female frigidity is a comman problem in women and it can be solved easily.You can solve this problem by implementing the following steps.

1) As a treatment be very very polite and loving to her.Take her in confidence.If she makes any mistake,forgive her with a smile.Be very loving and gentle to her.

2) Take her anywhere out for enjoyment.when you become successful in taking her in confidence ,discuss your problem with her.Ask her why she is not taking any interest in this act? Ask her if she not feels comfortable during this act?Ask her to tell any habbit of you which she may dislikes due to which she has become frigid. etc etc

3) Read the books of Dr.Rizwan Available at the site www.noorclinic.com These books are available on home page.Also let your wife read these books because your problem is completely discussed in book (Azdavagi Khushian (Aurton k liye).

4) If your problem is not solved by all these steps, still remain patient and take her to a Psychologist which may treat her well.

as a women i think there is something different she needs. dear brother ur wife needs a change or surprising change of pleasure. jub ak female sahdi ker lati hay mostly woh kabi b acutal waja nai bta seckti apni anxiety ki iski waja tu bohata c ho seckti hain but ak oret hony k natey main apko ak hi key tip dungee n u see woh achnak badel jye gee khud apni khwaiesh ka b azhar ker say gee: following is tip which i think works sudden:

1) kisi din achank app office say jildi ghar ayaain with some gift or flowers. n here u need to speak some dialogs(dialogs is liayh kah rye hun kue k female jildi batun mai a jati ha) :) bahter hay app unky liayh koye sute lyaain or kahain k mujy pahen ker dekhao thora triky b hona pary ga woh asy k kahain is color mai tumhain dakhna chata hun n keep n eye contact... phir jasy hi woh tyar hon ap kahin bahir khaney per yah ice cream khaney k liayh lay jieen... wahan kuch dare batain or ak dusry say baat karain or koshsih karain si doraah ap k face per smile or ak shok jhalak raha ho... or ghar a chukaian tu mirror k samney app or apki wife khary hon k play with her hairs (jinka unko der hay k kum ho jayain gay) then u need to speak ur desire openly lakin pyar say shok say smile k sath.. dakhney mai yah fantesy hay lakin yah ak achi sazish kah seckty hain bv ka dil jeetney ki.... beleave me this will works ... akhir apki wife hay usy close kerna apka target ha. hope this will works... kuch galet kaha gya ho tu uski maffi chatee hun ALLAH mujy maff karain.

 I am pleased to see the replies to my post , grateful to you taking time for solving my problem.

Well lets with the solution that WHY I havnt take her after passing 4 yrs of married life , let me jump back a bit little , my marriage is love marriage and we remain in the love affair for almost 11 years, IF you do not consider its FLATTERING then let me say that we were consider to be the best loving couple in our known community.Ya thats little bit off the topic but telling you the extent of DIALOGUE , TALKING, CARESSING etc in all these periods. Well i said in my post that she is wonderful women in every field of life except to her frigidity.I have hundreds of talking with her , heap of advises and blah blah but to no avail.

It doesnt meant that she doesnt enjoy me or I didnt enjoy her , she is totally satisfied with me and same is with me ,,,,THE BIG Q is that she isnt to extent of my Sexual Appetite which bother me a lot.And with the suggesstion to be remain kind hearted with her , even my IN_LAWS says that if ever this couple fight it will be only due to this GIRL* MY wife* now you can imagine the way I am polite and kind hearted with her.

I am sorry if I am annoying you peoples , kindly try to suggest some other good tricks.This trick for surprise visit , candle light dinners , lavish gifts all are tested and they LIVE only for 1 or 2 nights.

first of all i am really very happy that you are doing  a remarkable work on sexual education in pakistan.

doctor the problem i am facing that i haves two holes(surakh) in my pennis instead of one.this is really amazing for you but i have it and i am very much worried obout this.will you plz tell me is my pennis is abnormal or it is some disease or will it affect my sexual life in future? as i tell you that i have no experiance of real sex before.
plz tell me about my this problem i am 22 yrs old.i will be really very grateful to you if you solve my this problem.and plz also tell me that have you ever seen or heard this sort of problem before.
