bhai jaan , jahan tak main ne parha hai, mard ki timing 7 se 10 minute se ziada nahi hoti, jab k aurat ki timing kam az kam 15 minute tak hoti hai. med use karne se ulta nuqsaan ho sakta hai, es lie med use karne se avoid kare, jab tak shadeed zaroorat na ho...

agar aap ki timing ziada se ziada 5 se 6 minute hai to yeh 100% normal hai, bv ko relax karne k lie long forplay ki zaroorat hoti hai, es lie next time ehtiat karo...
