are leaders born or made? well interesting topic......
donon cases ho sakte hian..... well waht i think and what i have observed and studied, most leaders have got leadership inheretantly. leadership is a God gifted quality, but that doesnt mean that one can not be made a good leader with out his family background.

reply..are leaders born or made leaders are born....they have a chiasma in their personality....the power to control , attract and influence a mob .... but i believe every leader needs a polishing.......with right mix of leadership qualities(by birth) and polishing ..... great leaders emerge....... |

I think leadership aik God gifted quality hae. Bnda apni abilities main waqt aur experience ke sath sath nikhar tau la skta hae mgr apne andar leadership peda nahin kr skta. Hamaray Pakistan main ZA Bhutto bht achi misal hain. Although ZA Bhutto ne apni qualities ko hamesha positive direction main use nahin kia mgr wo waqie hi leader thay jinhoon ne aik dafa tau Pakistan ke chappay chappay main basne walay logoon khasoosan ghareebun main zindagi ki hararat peda kr di thi. Yeh kaam na unn se pehle koi kr ska aur na hi baud main aane wala. |
