I have four children and since one year, I have been using condom as birth control (contraception), but neither my wife nor I get satisfied by using it. These things seem to be unnatural. However, at one occasion the condom ruptured and due to this unwillingly. The pregnancy was held. I want to know what the best method for birth control (contraception) is.

The cheap and easy to use are birth-controlling pills that if taken according to the map could result 100% secure birth control and contraception. Now-a-days injections and implants are available that remains useful up to long period.
