Penis Size of My Brother in Law

My sister have a problem in her married life.her husband penis size is 4.5 inch and my sister feels the penis of his husband is not giving her pleasure in her sexual life.I want to ask doctors that can we enlarge his penis by using any exercise or diet.

Penis size does not matter for sexual pleasure. Foreplay, Sex techniques, mutual understanding and cooperation counts a lot.

You have not told that how long your sister been married?

Tell you sister to read books on sex education and she may suggest her husband to read them too. Sex educational books are available on Noor clinic, book stalls and websites. Read them and get proper knowledge about sex techniques.

I think size is no matter 4.5 is enough, the real problem is erection, if the penis erects properly then 4 inch is also too much
