1. ghair zaroori baal month maiN aik baar laazman clean karne chahiyeh. aur 40 days k baad bhi inhaiN clean nah karna manaa hai. yaani 40 days say zayad tak balouN ko unclean rakhna manaa hai

2. agar to routine yehi ho k menses k baad in hairs ko clean kia jata ho to phir kar lena chahiyeh. lekin agar last cleaning ko one month nahi howa to menses k baad hair remove karna laazim /zaroori nahi hai
