sexx life after fifty five

Can any one give comments or suggestion on sex life after fifty five years.Any idea?How much should be the frequency of intercourse?How to maitain good sex relations with wife?I am fifty seven years old,I take normal interest in sex, but my wife do not participate actively,she had her manpause recently.

While there is no hard and fast rule about the frequency of intercourse after a certain age, and it varies from couple to couple. However, this is also a fact that after menopause, libido ( sexual desire) is decreased to a certain extent. However, women who are on HRT ( Hormone Replacement Therapy) do notice an improvement in their overall sexual functioning. Is your wife on HRT?

No She is not on HRT,How much time after manopuse will she be normal,will she take normal interset in sexual activity? I am worried,because I take much interst in this activity,though my penice is not as hard now as it used to be around tenor fifteen years back.I have grand childern, and I dont now how to cotrol myself.I hate to see commercial ladies or any other women except my wife.I love my wife very much I am very much attracted to my wife.She is a wonderfull lady.
