AOA All,.. meri shadi ko 5 month hu gaye hain but me abi tak pregnant nahe huwe mere period date shadi k 1st month me change hu gaye ty 10 days late period huwe ty mujy ist time,.. now mujy ap se best time pochna hy sex k lyee meri period date 12 hy yani aj mujy period huwe hain mujy bleeding 4 din rehty hy bus es k bad kea time best hy sex k lyee yani kis din se suru karna chayee kindly advice me,...or best way kea hona chaye me husband k sath jab sex karty hu tu bht emotional hu jaty hu kea yeh galt hy mujy zeyada react nahe karna chaye meanz me b move karty hu body ko uper nechy ki tarf plzzz advice me kea me galat kar rahy hu

Aini yaha p log sub apne matlab k liye ate hain to koi time pas k liye.wellkown ne tekh kaha k koi doct hi tekh jawab dy ga our yaha p sirf ek hi doct hai pyscho.baqi main married ho to jo kowledge hai mere pas wo zarror shre krna chaho ga. 1st jis day cycle finished ho ap ka us k tekh 4 din bad se lake agle 7 din tak ap ka ovulation day kehlae ga.ap daily intercourse karna in days main.2nd best way of pregnancy ap hubby k uper hi raha karein our wo neche. 3rd ap koi tense na liya kare bhale bharpor andaz se apne hubby ka sth diya kare is main unhe our bh khishi milte hai jb us k wife bh utni madhosh ho jitna k hubby ho raha hota ha.so carry on dear.baqi physcho tekh answer dein ge medicaly way se. |

Kuch basic advise aur suggestions aap kay lia. Generally, agar aap ka menstrual cycle regular hai 28 days kaa, to most likely aap ko ovulation 14th day par ho gee, counting the first day of bleeding as day 1. Aap ka fertile period, jis mein sex karna say pregnancy kay chances ziada hon gay, woh approximately Day 9-10 say lai kar Day 15th tak hai. Aur iss period mein alternate day sex say pregnancy kay ziada chances hain, as compared to daily sex. It really doesn't make too much of a difference keh kis tareeka say intercourse karain, you can get pregnant by any possible way of performing intercourse. Aap jis tareeqa say intercourse kartee hain, missionary position, uss mein behtar yeh hai keh intercourse kay baad approximately 20 minutes tak laitee rahain, takeh seperms andar chala jaaian. Uska baad aap uth saktee hain, aur jo semen baahar aa jae, uski fikar nah karain. Agar aap ka menstrual cycle irregular hai, to phir generally menses kay day 10-20 mein alternate day sex karain. Aap ke shadi ko abhee sirf 5 months hoa, iss lia pareshaan nah hon keh abhee tak conceive nahin hoa. Sometimes, it takes time. All the best. |
