Alone Boy:
AS I had mentioned to you in your original post about Gilbert Syndrome or GS , it is not a serious condition and may even confer a lower risk of heart disease. However you want to be sure that you actually do have GS, and not juandice related to some other cause. There are 2 types of bilirubin, conjugated and unconjugated. In GS, the unconjugated bilirubin gets elevated resulting in juandice. Regarding your other health issues, actually your blood pressure looks good, and you are not overweight either. For sciatica, if the pain is mild, and if you don't have any other major symptoms, mild analgesics are helpful, but be aware that some people with GS may have difficulty metabolising certain medications so check with your doctor first before taking analgesics just to make sure. If sciatica pain becomes severe than there are more aggressive treatment options, including nerve block and surgery. Regarding your symptoms of feeling burning in feet, it could be caused by a variety of conditions, including certain vitamin deficiencies, for which taking a mutivitamin may be beneficial. If you can share your labs than I will be able to tell you more. |
