aapkey jo sar kay baal safaid ho rahey haiN ya gir rahe haiN unfortunately yeh kuch arsa say problem zaydah daikney maiN aa raha ha.
maiN wajoohat kay males maiN yeh maslah young age maiN shooro ho raha ha ki pollution/ya exposure to polluted air ha iss kay alawah bahoot zaydah stress bhi aik reason ha. agar aap peechley kuch arsa maiN bahoot stress ka shikar rahey haiN to yeh wajah bhi ho sakti ha. aur poor nutrition bhi aik wajah ha. zaydah fruits vegetavbles aur diary products(milk butter) nuts wagaira ka istemaal karaiN.
yeh bhi mumkin ha keh aap kay area kay water line maiN hard water ya industrial water mix hota ho so oos say hair gir rahey houN.

haal yehe ha keh achchi diet lain stress kum karain proper sleep lain hair ki oiling aur proper combing karaiN .
agar zaydah baal gir rahe haiN to skin specialist say rajoo karaiN local aaply karney ki creams haiN jo improve kar sakti haiN iss masley ko.
