Pain And Tenstion In Penis Pipe After Night Emission

Sallamu alaikum Dr

I had a problem i wanted to discuss with you. While sleeping when i have the orgasm or the wet dream. I feel a pressure in the penis pipe.
While the event starts, the pressure starts from behind the testicles pipe. And i feel pressure while ejaculation. And the pipe feels pain and tension &
also in the testicles. Due to that the muscles in the penis or veins feel a bit week and slit tension in it. Please advice what is the reason. I had checked
with a healer who is into meta physical treatment and she says that there shouldn't be any physical problem. But if there is some problem, then there should be
something. This feeling persists for 1 to 2 days. Please advice what is the issue.
