Hormonal Imbalance and Blocked Vas Deference
You are producing sperms only their transportation is blocked. Ask and consult your doctor if re-canalization or surgery is possible to open your tubes . Else sperm can be taken directly form testes and used for artificial reproduction techniques. As per your hormonal issues whats your testosterone level? and you have proper male secondary features(hoarse voice, proper hair distribution and muscular development)? Plus did you ever repeat your hormonal levels. Only your FSH level is slightly on lower side but it has minor role in male reproductive system functioning. If your sperms are fine with normal testosterone levels you need not to be worried.
Prolactin and FSH has bare minimum role in male reproductive issues. Its LH and mostly testosterone that matters. If you have proper secondary male sex characters with healthy sperm donot bother about these levels.

Reply: Consult any renowned fertility clinic/center in your city. Plus as far the blockage of tubes issues yes its very much detectable with pelvic ultrasound and surgical options are there. I told you if your sperms are healthy FSH and prolactin levels are not to be worried about. Just consult a fertility specialist and he will guide you further. Testosterone levels and sperms are important for fertility.

Block Vas Deference - What Is The Solution? Surgical correction is necessary. Go and see any good surgeon specifically Urologist.
There is no correlation of your problem with hormones. So don't bother to visit any fertility clinic.
Don't be tensed, your problem is manageable.
