waisy Dr.Qasim ny to pehly b admin sy request ki thi k unn ki ID ko "H/dr_qasim" sy change kr k "Dr.Qasim" kar diya jaye laiken tab admin ny koi amal nahi kiya tha..
magar abb lagta hey k har kam main maslehat chupi hoi hoti hey jis cheez ki khuwahish zahir ki jarehi thi wo beghair admin ka ehsan liye hi muyassar ageyee hey...:-)) ...hey na kamal ki bat... |

acha to agar esi hi koi bat hai to forum pe mere jitnee bhi replies hAIN wo sare delete kie jaein yahan meri zarorat n to mere replies ki bhi nahi,aur sath hi buhot shukria jate jate itni izzat dene ka.

For Admin! 1. jab saray jr, sr mod n admin hidden rahtay howay mod note /action letay rahengay to aisay cases hotay rahengay.
2. hidden mod system khatam ho, aur jo bhi mod koi action lay woh oskay ID say mentioned ho to yeh maslah solve hosakta hai
3. phir yeh rule bhi wazah ho k koi jr mod sirf member ko hi note day sakta hai... koi mod apnay ham mansab /sr mod ko note nahi day sakta... nah hi oskay action par action lay sakta hai /oskay action ko undo karsakta hai
4. Admin saray mod ko, sr. mod jnr mod ko note day sakega /oskay action ko undo kar sakega
5. kash yeh sab kuch 'transparent' ho jaa.ay aur hidden nah rahay to hosakta hai k iss qism ki gaR baR kam hojaa.ay, shikwah shikayat kam hojaa.ay. |

rizvi bhai is sY tou jhagRaa honaaY ka aur bhi khatraa hY kyuN k jis member k against ye action liaa jaegaa woh us k against thread start kar k aik toofaan barpaa kar degaa (chahaY woh action forum k rules k mutabiq bilkul sahee hee kyuN naa liaa gyaa ho)
phir yeh rule bhi wazah ho k koi jr mod sirf member ko hi note day sakta hai... koi mod apnay ham mansab /sr mod ko note nahi day sakta... nah hi oskay action par action lay sakta hai /oskay action ko undo karsakta hai
meri maloomaat k mutabiq yahaaN woh IDs jo forum par 3-4 months spent kartee hyN tou unhaiN moderator permission mil jatee hyN. matlab yahaaN k wo members jo k regular hyN aur unhouN nY forum par time 3-4 moonths spent kar liaY hyN un sab k pass edit/delete permission hY. matlab saraY hee junior moderator hyN.

junior mod mera khayal hai k forum pe koi bhi junior mod na ho.agar ose koi permission di bhi jati hai to 24 hrs k lie sirf apni post hi edit kare.
forum pe sirf senior mod ko hi sare options milne chahiye.aur ye admin hi behtar jan sakte h k kon senior mod hone k kabil h.aur kisi ko beshak hidden mod na bnaya jae.
jinhe mod power di gai aur wo use n krte to on se bhi wo sare options le lene chahiye
