I have a friend and he wanted an advice as he is pretty skiny and would like to put on some weight for his upcoming marriage. I knew this site so was wondering if anyone can give a good advice?i.e. what fruits or vegetables.He doesnt want to be hardcore body builder but good enough for a normal healthy person?
