Weight Gain After Marriage: How Possible?
yeh masla merai husband ka hai hamari shaadi ko 2 year ho chuke hein MashaAllah aik beta hai. merai husband ki height 5 feet 10 inch hai. age 31 years. weight sirf 49KG hai. jo keh shaadi sai pehlai 45KG tha. mein poochna chati hun keh unhon nai weight gain kyon nahi kia jaisai aksar dekha jaata hai keh shaadi kai baad husband motay ho jaatai hain. merai khial mein unka weight kamazkam 70KG ho jana chai tha 2 saal mein. mein nai kaafi asai larkon ko dekha hai jo shaadi sai pehlai sookhai sai hotai hain aur shaadi kai 1 saal kai ander ander phool ker kupa ho jate hain. laikin merai husband kai saath aisa kyon nahi hoa. phool kar kupa to na sahi thorai sai hi motai ho jaatai

Mehwish Apky husband ka weight kafi kum hay lakin yeh zurori nahi kay woh shadi kay bhad shadi ki khoshi say he moty ho jaty,ho sukta apky husband Baot active hon, keya aap butaa sukti wo kam keya kurty hen or khaty peety kesaa hen.?

Mehwish kuch cheezaiN genetic bhi hoti haiN , kuch logoouN ka basal metabolic rate (food ko energy maiN change karna) qudrati tor peh taiz hota ha aur body and bone structure he aisa hota ha k they can't put weight agar oonka weight 31years say increase nahe huwa to diet say to houna bahoot mushkil ha . . aap or woh aisay hee accept kar laiN else yeh ha k gym mai muscle building excercises kar laiN inn say bulky appearance aaye gee Shaadi ka weight gain say aisa koi khaas magical taluq bhi naheiN .. Insaan ka healthy houna aur proper life style kaheiN important ha as compared to weight gain best yehe ha k oounki eating habits and diet proper ho aur agar start say aisi physique ha to normal he ha else doctor say in person mil laiN. . |

reply export ka kaaam hai, ziada ter baithai hi rehtai hein.
khana pena kuch ziada nahi hai
subah ko adha parautha kabhi tea kai saath kabhi egg kai saath.
dopehr mein 1 chapati aur thora sa salan
raat ko bhi 1 chapati aur thora sa salan
kabhi fruit kha lia kabhi nahi kabhi milk pee lia kabhi nahi. water daily 10 glass pee laitai hain
bas yeh routine hai. kehtai hein agar ziada kha loon ton stomach upset ho jaata hai. is tarhan lagta hai vomiting ho jai gi.
waist sirf 29 hai |
