Salam, mera problem ye hai k mein bht moti hon ( weight:70kg n hight:161cm) or mera belly b itna bara ho gaya hai k lagta hai im pregnant par mein unmarried hon muje kuch aisai exercies ya koi advice batayein jis se mein jald hi is motapey se chutkara paa sakon but plz help me is motapey ki waja se mera koi rishta b kabol ni karta. or kia pani mein lemon mila k piyo to weight kam hota hai kia? Plz muje kam se kam 15kg reduce karne hain. request hai k jo b ye read kare koi na koi advice de plz, thanks

Your BMI is 27 that makes you in over weight range and not obese1) First you need to make sure your daily activity consumes more calories than you take in 2)Do walk daily of 50-70min , you may start with 20min and increase your time 3) Basic Rule of thumb ha 3meals with total avoidance of junk, fast and bakery food. 4) Green leafy vegetables metabolic rate ko taiz karti han like salad leaves, spinach etc aur weight maintainance ke leye achche han 5) Boiled aur steamed meat chicken aur fish use karain . . . Oil avoid karain. . . Raw vegetable aur fruits meal ke jaga peh use karain

BMI body mass index ka har kisi ko pata nahi hota tou weight maintain karnay ya check karnay k liye koi simple chart hona zaroori hai . Agreed to you water you r overweight & near to obesity. Above advice pe amal karain. cold drinks ko bilkul avoid karain kyu k yeh belly fat ka sab se bara zariya hain. Khanay k foran baad pani avoid karain . Khud ko active rakhain. Sweating weight lose k liye bohat zaroori hai. Aise kaam karain ya brisk walk karain jis se sweating ho. Pait bhar k khana na khayen balkay thori si bhook chor kar khayen. Raat ka khana 7 bajay tak kha lain. Breakfast, lunch ya dinner skip na karain balkay halki phulki ghaza use karain. Din main 2 or 3 times green tea lain without sugar. Yeh fatness ko bohat kam karti hai. These are Chinese ways to loose your weight .

The simple answer is that they overeat, hota ye hai kay wo es tura eating habits ki wajaa say ziyada calories laty hain or pher wo body meh body fats ki shukal meah store hoti hy or result weight gain ka hona hota hy. Weight kum kurny kay leye daily activities ko increase kurin or kum energy kum calories waly food use kurin agur ap dieting kurna chaty hen tu 1500 calories daily say kum ni hon 1500 say 2000 calories ky under maintain kurin, weight increase kurna ek moshkil task hy or ye strong will power or khass tuwjaa ky bhad he reduce ho sukta hai. Apka normal average weight 56 KG hona chaiye 70 kg bot ziyada hai.

1-5.5 Height ki woman ka kitna weight hona chahiye ? 2- kiya age ka weight se koi taluk hae yani aurat ki age barhnay se us ka weight increase hosakta hae ? 3- kiya same age ki married (mother) aur unmarried larki ka weight bhi same hona chahiye ?

1)Average weight for female with height 5feet 5inch is to be in range 110lb to maximum upper limit of 150lb. 2)One of the factors that influence weight is age. Even our basic metabolic rate decreases by 0.5percent to 0.7 percent annually after 30years of age. The Only thing that can keep basal metabolic rate good and also slows weight gain is daily activity. And walk min of 20min regularly 3)Yes for a mother and for unmarried girl or married without any pregnancy its the same weight range and is easily achievable if lactation is practiced. All the fat acquired is shed with lactation even females of our society (with average daily activity of household work) claim to get even better shape and weight than of pre-pregnancy time with lactation.The whole thing is to have healthy nutritious diet not just "greasy" thing during pregnancy and lactation. Caloric requirement in pregnancy and lactation: in pregnancy first 4months only 300calories are required more than basic req per day and rest of months 450calories more per day. Also in lactation 500extra calorie are required more and as a whole in pregnancy and lactation nutrients like foliate, iron,calcium and water is more required not fats.Body itself stores Required fat hormonally in pregnancy for lactation . Also if we leave ill practices of stocking females with greasy food and limiting activity unnecessarily in pregnancy weight issues wont be there after 4months of lactation.One thing more is that female pelvis or hip bone widen in pregnancy and loosen more near delivery and this does not return to its full shape back or dose not tighten back fully so having wider pelvis (barely noticeable) may cause some misconception regarding weight gain

Sab yehi batlaatay hain k intake k hissab say calories burn karo yaani regular exercise /walk karo aur agar khush-khoraak bhi ho to kam khaa'o...... lekin yeh dounoun kaam ketnaa mushkil balkay ajkal k life style main taqreeban naa.mumkin hai, yeh wohi jaantaa hai jissay iska saamnaa hai....... khush-khoraak log nah khanaa kam kar saktay hain nah walk /exercise karsaktay hain (agar iskay aadi nah houn to)... best to yehi hai k in donon baatoun par amal kia jaa.ay.... lekin agar koi aisaa nah karsakay to aik asaan nuskhaa.... nah walk nah exercise nah khanaa kam :) Aik Dr. aik intehayee moty khatoon ko... jab osnay kam khanay / exercise karnay main nakaam dekhaa to ossay yeh nuskha batlaayaa....... jab bhi bhook lagay kheeray khaa'o aur pait bhar kay khaa'o... aakhir main mounh ka zaiqah badalnay k liyeh thora bahoot normal khanaa bhi khaa lo :) oss khatoon nay iss par iss tarah amal kia k oskay purse main har waqt aur har jagah kheeray maujood rahtay.... iss tarah khoob khaanay ka 'shauq' bhi poora hota rahaa aur batad reej weight bhi kam hota rahaa... within 2 months oss nay hairat angaiz taur par khaasaa wazan loose kia. Kheeray yahan paye tou jatay hain lekin khase mehngay :) wese maine sirf info k liye poocha tha warna meri regular diet main kheeray, water melon, uncooked vegetables aur fruits hi shamil hain is tarah kush khoraak honay k sath main good khorak bhi hon :) China main aik aur achi baat k har campus ya colony main exercise parks hain jin main bachon ko khilatay huwe khud bhi daily exercise ki jasakti hae .maine hifze ma tuqaddam k tor par poocha tha :)
