Hi, i am 19. Meri diet tou bohat achi hai lekin mere jism par gosht ka naam o nishan nai hai, shirt utaron tou hadiyon k siwa aur khuch nazar nai aata. Aise lagta hai jaise kahet ka maara hoa hn, but samaj nai lagti k jo khata hn woh kahan jata hai. Help me plz

Reply Meri height approx 5ft and 9 inch hai. Koi diet schedule tou nai bana lekin ye cheezain zyada use krta hn : garmion main yogurt, lasi, all kind of vegetables, pulses, salad. Bachpan se abhi tak daily subah ko desi ghee ka paratha, dopehar ko 2 rotian, raat ko 1 roti. Dalda ghee aj tak nai khaya. I like all milk products very much. Sardion main tou baaz aukaat half litre milk 1 time main pee jata hn, makhan bohat pasand hai. Desi ghee main shakar daal k khata hn. Ghoust pehle pasand nai tha lekin 1 saal se woh b kha raha hn. Keema kaafi pasand hai. Bazari khana bilkul pasand nai hai aur aaj tak srf zaroorat parne par hi khaya hai. Only boiled water use kr raey hain koi 12 yrs se. |

Reply That is a problem area ; exercise bohat kam rahi hai right from start, matric tak bas yehi activities theen school jana, wapis aana, khana khaana thora rest kr lena , homework, thora t.V daikh lena aur snu jana. Ghar se bahir nikalne ka bilkul shouk nai rakhta tha, paidal walk tou bohat kam thi, abhi b walk itni zyada nai hoi albata pehle se ziada hai. |

Reply Sehat k lehaz se koi acha record nai mera, muje 5th, 6th class tk toncils ki bohat sakht shakayat rahi hai. Abh ALLAH ka shukar hai masla khatam ho gya hai perhaiz se. Aik do dafa bohat sakht kisam ka malaria hoa tha when i was in 7th 8th class. Aik cheez mje balgam ki b shakayt hai 2 3 yrs se. Brain main se balgam girti hai throat main. Iss k elawa mje cold nd dust se allergy hai. Sardion main chest problem hoti hai 1 , 2 times. Chest par balgam jem jaati hai. |

Reply G, keh sakte hain k bachpan se aisa hn. Lekin ab ziada feel hota hai bcz ab height b barh gai hai.
Nai baki thek thak hain.
Mere bare mamon ka body structure mere jaisa hi hai. Balke mere cousin tou kehte hain me un ka bachpan hn.

Kuch cheezain insaan ko wirasat main miltee hain. Jaisay walaidain ka qad agar chota hai to aulad ka qad chota hona taajub ki baat nahin. Jism ki sakht agar qudrat ka tohfa hai to usay tohfa samaj ker qabool kerlain. Itni achi khorak honay kay bawajood agar dublapan sahi nahi hota to isi main khush hojaien.

Reply Doctor k.K, ap bilkul sahi arz kr raey hain, lekin jism par khuch tou maas boti honi chahiye k koi kapra pehna acha lagey. Natural body shape ki aur baat hai lekin mje lgta hai k main jo khata hn woh jism ka hisa hi nai bnta. Jo koi milta hai woh yehi kehta k yar khuch khaya piya kro.. 29 inch waist ki pant pehanta ho tou woh hip ki bones main phansti hai, bcz pait tou shayad 25, 26 inch hai. Ap koi test wagaira bata dain jis se pata chal ske k mera jism nutrients ko absorb krta hai k nai khanay main se. |

dont u worry bro Brother mewra bhi yehi masla tha pichle saal se k body bht kam thi meri height 5.8 hai aur weight mera koi 45 kg tha phir mene gym join ki Allah ka shukar hai ab mera weight 54 kg hogya hai.dekho bhai har insan ka apna metabolis hta hai aapko kuch log milenge jo adhi roti khaane mein he khoob mote tazay nazar aenge aur kuch humn jese jitna marzi kha lo but jo khaya wo nikal gya.hum logo mein yeh kami hti hai k jab tak hum apne muscle pe stress na daalein woh diet nahi mange ga matlab nutrient absorb nahi karega so brother aap gym jaya karo proper exercise karo aapko khud 2,3 months mein fark lagega nd yaad rahe mene poora saal gym nahi ki lekin jab bhi lagayi 2-3 months regular nd 1 more thing aapka muscle size barhna he 12 weeks baad yaani 3 months almost k baad shuru hta hai so kuch din jaa kar himmat na haaar jaana shuru mein aisa he lagta hai k kuch nahi hoga but beleive me u,ll feel the difference

Magar ab mae kuch behtar hogay hon...Q k maine Bodybuilding start kar di hy aur Allah k fazal se mera weight bhi bargh gaya. Mujhay lagta hy k tumhy bhi Bodybuilding start kar deni chahiay.

REPly:Thin And Lean Body - How To Gain Weight? 1) No doubt body and bone struture plus tendency towards obesity are all hereditary.Plus some people have natural/basic metabolic rate fast as such and they tend to gain weight poorly or very slowly.
2) u should concentrate more on healthy nutritious calorie gaining food and not just on "greasy food".Its not that desi ghee or butter are the only means to gain weight.
3) having energy drinks like banan shake and dates with milk, nuts etc are good for health. The whole point is you add quater more serving than your routine serving to your each meal and that too of good quality food.
4) there are muscle-building resistant excercises that you may opt for under a health fitness personnel at gym etc if its your utmost desire to gain weight or atleast look a bit bulky..
