re my age 17,height 5'7.5 ,weight 70.i have fat on chest and abdomen mean belly fat.i do a lot of exercise.2 yearz ho gae han main jitna faty ta itna he ho mean no more no les which means that main jitni calories le raha ho itni he consume b karta ha but now i want to los that fat finaly.so help me.one of my friend told me to eat just apples for 1 weeks.5-7 apples per day.and do a lot of exercise to maintain matabolism at its peak.al da members are requested to give me a sensible diet plan to lose 1 pond of fat in 3 days.thanx. |

Diet Chart - For Reducing Weight And Fats Dear your daily calorie requirement is 2900 Kilo Calories
and remember you should take less than that per day. Following could be the
helpful diet chart for you.
Take following food in your diet
- Take
Salad 10 ounce in lunch and 10 ounce in dinner at least on daily basis
- Take
one apple and one banana in lunch and two banana at dinner on daily basis
- Take
Cabbage and Cucumber as much as possible on daily basis

Take Chicken once or twice per week
·
Take beef or mutton once a week only
·
Take lemon juice once per day
·
Papaya and strawberry 2-3 times per week

Tomato 2-3 per day
