How Many Calories Are Needed By Human Body? AS salam o alikum Dear Sir, with respect to time my weight is increasing now, my daily rotten is sitting front on a PC around 10-9 hour
8am pay uthta houn office jata houn lunch bahir or ghar 10bajy tak ataa houn challnakam hota hai
age: 24 wight: 64 hight: 5.6
may chata houn may wo diet loun jis may calorie kam ho kindly mujh ko bata dain kin kin chezoun may calorie kam hoti hai ta k may khaa sakoun q k energy ka hona bhe zarori hai plzzz

veer mera sawal yeh hai k human body ko kitni calorie ki zaroorat hoti hai?
yani meri body ki aik din may kiti calori ki zarorat derkar hai.

may chata houn may dil khol k khana khaa sakoun yar hath rokna bhuhoot mushkil kam hai bhokha rhena parta hai its not goog
kindly suggest me daily rotene
yani may lunch time may kia kia kha sakta houn q k is time may office may hota houn or ghar ka khana nahi khaa pata or hotels k khany kaisey hoty hain ap ko pata hai
kia may chips khaa sakta hou or different types k bisket
kindly guide may k may kon say chips or biscket kahoun or kitni qunatity k ?

RJ333 i think aak human body ko 2600 calories ki zaroorat hoti hai but i am not sure.aap expert ke answer ke wait kare.woh aap ko chart bata de ge. |

How Many Calories Are Needed By Human Body?
Body ko 40 calories per KG zurorat hoti hy Yani aghur apka weight 64kg hy tu 64*40=2560 calories daily.
Body weight k hisaaab say so ap 2560 calories daily leya kurin. weight gain kurny k leye 500 kaa izzafa kur dayin or agur reduce kurna hy tu 500 kum kur dayin yani 3000 cal daily for weight gain or 2000 to reduce weight ap k leye.
breakfast : egg.or butter with puratha,
milkshak ya ek du bannana or apple
lunch: chuppaati ,salan, salad, lussi ya dayiii
tea time. dinner, brown bread,milk with dates or dulliyaa
drink plenty of water , eat and sleep on time

mera daily rotene hai ajkal mushkil say hota hai per kerta houn apny ley
wo yeh k
subhaa nashta = 1 prathaa wth egg + 1 glass milk
lunch= pakola milk
evening= 1glass cold drink + 1 medium chips + 1 Packet bisket
diner = 1 chapati
office timng ( 10am to 9pm) nature of job > setting front on PC
serf namaz pharny k ley uthta houn werna nahin
Ab may kia kia khaa sakta houn ap plzz guide ker do bro
2000 cal. ki need us wakt ho na jab job bhe hard work ho meri job to bas bhetey rehna hai mujh say bhook berdasht nahin hoti pher bhe kerta houn q k mera pait baher araha hai smartness khatam ho rahe hai
36 ho geya hai jab k 33-32 hota thaa may lose jeans pahenta thaa 34 or dress pent pahenta thaa 32 khair ab bhe may yahee pahenta houn per pait baher nazer ataa hai jo buhoot bura lagta hai
papa ammi bhe ab tang kerty hain ab q k may mota ho raha haoun nahin karain gay to adnan sami ho jaoun ga khair wo slim ho geya hai
plzz docter advice me that food which gime alota energy but low cal. + fat

RJ333 mera mashwara hai ke aap sab kuch kaho...lekin din mein aak hr running kar liya karo..fit raho ge.yeh calories k chakaro mein mat paro. |
