 Height Problem - How To Increase Height?
assalam o alaikum
dear drs i want to increase my height.... main daily exercise karta hun or 2 saal se kar raha hun....food b bohat healthy leta hun like eggs, milks, fruits.....meri sehat to bohat achi hai but height 5.4 hai......how can I increase my height?

hey... I think ab height nahi baar sakti buz puberty starts at age 8-13 for girls and 9-14 for boys and it ends at 18 to 21.. but you can still try... Best way is to do stretching and running...

Zeeen height qudarat ka anmol toufa hai....koi medicines ya tools height ko nehin bhara sakte jo kehta hai ke medicines se height bharti hai to woh jhut bolta hai.
height ke taluk maa baap ke sath bhi hota hai..aap ke maa baap ki height bhi kam hai jis ki waja se aap ki height bhi kam hai. |
