Ur Pus cell count is high as normal is upto 3/Hpf.. Otherwise ur sperm count(good) and normal morphology(normal) of 75percent and motility(near normal) are all fine n ok for pregnancy.
This much pus cell show Infection And that does effect preg chances
ALL u need is to contact a good doctor and take suggested Medi Like antibiotics and multivitamins..
u can repeat ur report aftr medi
have a healthy life style, Good hygiene, drink plenty of water, eat healthy and clean and excercise a bit regularly, wear loose pants.
After assessing your above report of semen analysis, it could be suggested that:
They have less than normal morphology means they have structural abnormalities. At least 30% of sperms should be of normal morphology.
Keeping in view the value of your sperm count per ml they have less than normal good motility.
In conclusion, your semen could be the root cause of your infertility. However; there is nothing to worry about, since this problem could be managed. Your semen shows pus cells that might be due to some infection. Or either your diet is insufficient to have some ingredients necessary for the production of good sperms. Therefore; it is advisable to see a good sexologist and repeat your semen analysis after three months from any other reputable lab.

aap k khayal se kya main 1 Month mein iss qabil ho jaon ga k apni wife ko pregnant kr saku ?? main ye iss liye pooch raha hoon bcoz mere paas total 2 months hain ...
