the only way to reduce belly, waist or loose weight is join health club for excercise.. there are no magic pills available to do this. Even if you stop eating will not reduce your belly..
1)drink water half hr befor meal or atleast just before it, never drink water after meal untill 2hours
2)never lie down immediately after dinner,do walk
3)use brown bread and less sugary food...avoid oil
4)lie down flat on ur back with knee at right angles,now by keeping both arms behind ur head move ur body towards knee...repeat this 15times... 4times a day
