Low Body Weight:Is It Normal?
waterr sister plz reply. Meri age 31 hai. meri height 5'11" hai shaadi sai pehlai mera weight 45KG tha. shadi ko hoa 1.5 saal hochuka hai laikin weight 45 kai ird gird hi ghomta hai kabhi 48 kabhi 50 bas. mein yeh poochna chata hun keh mera weight kyon nahin barh raha. aksar dekha gia hai keh larkon ka shaadi kai baad weight barh jata hai, mera kyon nahin barhta

new yar wese kafi logon ka shadi ka bad weight nahi berhta
is ki sub bari example main khud hun
meri shadi ko 3 saal ho gaye hain but main wese ka wese hi hun jese shadi se pehle tha
no little change
wese hi slim n smart hun
bht try kiya but mera bi weight nahi berhta
just 56-58 hai mera weight
but dear ap ka to weight bht bht kum hai ap ki ehigth k lehaz se bi bht bht kum hai
ap apni diet mein kia kia letey ho
plz apni diet mein aisi chezeyn khaya kero jin se weight berhay |

ap achee diet lain... yee nahee k oily n greasy but nutritive jaisey milk, dates, meat , fruits etc.
mild excercise karain... agar weight barhana chahtey hain tou GYM kar lain.. weight/muscle bulk increasing excercise hotiii hain...

sexually i m fully satisfied but mentally i think i m not because of of business problems. yes you are right waterr sis, mein bachpan sai hai underweight raha hun, actually jab meri mother pregnant thin ton air tarvelling ki wajha sai bleeding ho gai thi or mein chozai ki tarhan ka paida hoa tha lol. marai parents nai kafi koshish ki keh mein healthy ho jaon laikin nahin hoa. phir sab kehnai laga shaadi kai baad ho jai ga laikin phir bhi nahin hoa hehehehe. mujhe lagta hai keh shaid mein isi tarhan hi ka rahon.

gain weight with my tips
- agur ap soty kum hen ya time sy ni soty tu ap apni ye ba Qaydgiyaa thek kurin time sy soyin or kum uz kum 8 hours sleep must hy.es k sath din meh b agur rest ka time mily tu zuror 2 hours sleep kurin.
- brown bread use kurin
- rozana soba or rat k wakat dood ka istimaal kurin or breakfast meh butter ka istimal kurin
- khosh raaha kurin or ziyada socha mut kurin hur hal meh khosh rehna sekhin khuch hy tu b khosh khoch ni tu b khosh.
- balance diet use kurin khany meh salad, water,ka pora istimal kurin
- breakfast zura acha keya kurin wo musst musst breakfast.

Esy food use kurin jin meh protein and fats ziyada hoon

eat egg ,potatos,beans,bunnana,apple,

New aap ko mashwara hai ke aap kisi doctor se consult kare.aap ki height aur age ke mutabik aap ka wieght kam hai.lehaza aap ko doctor se consult karna chahein ta ke woh aap ka checkup kar ke aap ka proper ilaj kare. |

new: doctor qasim ney achcha bataya haa... but to tell u an honest thing u dont need any doctor... its very okey in ur case as its from the start.. i know that's its like some people are genetically like this .. if u have no other issues related to health...
plus no recent weight losss.. |
