i use to masturbate and watch porn for a long time and it is been a pattern but i hav left it for many months

Now the problem is that i don't hav any sexual desire at all and masturbation for me is not a pleasureable thing to do at all as i had said that my sexual desire is lowered that much that i don't want hav such feelings at all
