Working Women Belly problem

AOA girls.

I am a girl of 23y. or problem ye he k 8-9 ghanty continious office men bethny ki waja sy tomey bahar ko nikal ati he. or pait par bal sy par jaty hen or phir ahista ahista esy lagta he jesy pait 2 ya 3 parts men split ho gaya he.ajeeb si shape ho jati he or pait bahar ko nikal ata he... plz kuch sudgest karen jo men apni working routine k sath adopt ker sakon.

men straight bethny ki koshish kerti hon but kuch dair men kamar dukhny lagti he or phir dheelay sy andaz men beth jati hon... plz kuch bataeen ta k men apni pait ko control ker sakon.....

ap continuosly baithi na raha keryen...wakfay wakfay se uth ker thora chal phr liya keryen

water ziada piya keryen

daily excercise ya walk keryen subha ya sham k time

oily aur junk foods aur spicy food kum se kum use kreyen

apna weight aur waist aur height bataiye plz????????

my weight is 48kg and height is 5' 2".

but men nay kisi lurki sy pocha tha aap sy nai bhai.... but thanks u very much...

Working women belly problems

I would say that your weight is ok but offer you the following suggestions as well:
As much as you can sit straight but rest your back on the ergonomic seats that are available in the market by foam companies.
Use back support on the chairs where available
Use plenty of water
Change chairs
Do not sit continually move or adjust or change your posture
Excercise daily+regularly even if it for 30 minutes
Change your eating habits reduce fats, carbohydrates
Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
