well I am surprised to read that after having sex with you and after a long term relationship she is saying its ok forget it.
you are involved with your cousin when u were only 6 years old kid, and at that time it was the responsibility of yours and her parents to keep an eye on their kids, so i think u both are not much responsible for the acts u did in childhood. But both of you must ask forgivness from Allah.

dont stare at your cousin whenever she came in front of you and talk to other members in her presence and just ignore her.
if the girl is not ashamed then you also need not to feel ashambed in front of her and forget everything as she advice you. Dont remember your past sins and try to forget everything that hurts you. Concentrate on other activities.. Concentrate on your job or studies whatever you do. I hope you will get another girl to marry.
