Weight Training
Body building r weight training is an art that has to be studied or performed under an experienced teacher / trainer. When you join a professional gym it is easier that the experienced trainer who is leading the gym will tell you what is best for you. I would advise following: Try to build a routine and try to build it slowly Go for lower weights and then for heavier ones Ask your trainer what weight sets you should use Try to do overall exercise routines i mean biceps, triceps, abdominals etc Increase your diet and do not use food supplements, they are steroids that harm a person in the long run Increase your fluid intake Be regular but consistent Muscles are built on repetition not heavier weights but these have to be done regularly, otherwise they may be dangerous If you have any familyhistory of illnesses or physical problems please consult a physician or physio therapist before joining up, do not try to do it at home. Remember it is consistency and regularity.
